The Wicked Witch of the Ridge
You know, I am normally a level headed, cool as a cucumber person until someone has truly lit my fire. I don't like confrontation, never look for trouble, try not to stir any pots or start stuff, but right at this moment I would like to beat this person'a ass and shove my size 11 shoe right up their ass.You may be asking "who"...but for fear of being found out, I will refrain from mentioning a name, but I will tell you that it is the person that runs the place where I work. I don't refer to this person as a boss because to be a true boss, you first have to know what you are doing and second- must have the respect of your subordinates. "WW" has neither trait.
He/She is really ticking me off and I must say that I would rather move locations and go to a different classroom than stay here and deal with "WW". I am not the only one that feels this way and many others, including nonemployees have tried to get something done but to no avail. WW seems to be a permanent fixture here. I think WW would have to commit murder for them to get rid of him/her.
I don't know what I have done to this person but he/she is now messing with my internship, which is a requirement for graduation. He/she is trying to get me in trouble for doing it during work hours. HELLLLLOOOOO.....how am I supposed to work under someone who works from 8-4 on my own time when I work 7:30-4:00 myself? And, for what I am doing it for, is for the system within which I work. Its like my crew and I have a totally different set of rules to go by. We can't leave- everybody else does. He/she looks at everything we do with a microscope and even though we have a lot of fun where I am, we get our work done...
So, my coworker says to pray for WW and just let it go.
I would if he/she didn't make me want to stomp a mudhole in his/her ass!
I really think he/she is jealous that I will be more qualified than him/her. Could this be it? Such haters in this world.
The bad part is that this person had something very traumatic happen in their life recently that should have changed their whole way of looking at the world. I think it made them more cynical, unappreciative, and think their stuff smells like a dozen roses instead of 2.....I guess their being given a second chance at life didn't have as profound affect as most people have.
