Times Like These That a Wife Worries

Okay early in the am, something big and I mean really big is going down and my hubby is right smack in the middle of it from start to finish. It's his big moment in his line of work and though I can't say what that is or what he does right now- I have a feeling that we won't sleep much tonight.

Not only is this huge, but it could get even bigger and he may have to leave me for a while. It's not fun when I understand the dangers of this job that he loves so much, but I used to do the same thing and I know he gets excited and the adrenaline runs through his veins like a speeding bullet.

So today I will be on edge, waiting by the phone, hoping on one hand that it doesn't ring and praying on the other that it does to bring news that all is well.

But, like my dad's situation, I am thinking positive on this situation as well. This will be really good and he'll get what he wants out of it.

Who needs stress when they've got my life to read about.....tee hee
