Manic Monday

Well, so far, I have survived the 4 days without the hubby. My house is clean, my laundry is washed, dried and put away, I even cooked the last two nights- I don't know why- habit I guess. I thought sleeping alone would be awful, but it was okay. I had like the entire bed to myself and no one pulling the covers off of me.

Since Sinna had the puppies (pics to follow)- she didn't even sleep with me. LSUgirl was sweet, she offered to sleep with me if I got "lonely". I didn't take her up on it though.

I watched two movies, Spanglish and Cold Creek Manor. They were both okay in my book, nothing to scream "Great, gotta see um, must haves...". Just okay.

I did not get my Desperate Housewives fix last night- for the 2nd Sunday in a row, it didn't air. I am so glad the Olympics is over with- now maybe repeats will stop airing....

Sinna, my baby, had her pups last week. Four of them, all precious as can be. Two blues, a black/tan and an isabella. Mom and pups are doing great. It was my first delivery to watch from start to finish and let me just say- I am so glad I am not a dog. The crap they eat! They eat the sac, the plecenta, the umbilical cord and all. Four freakin times, she did this. I almost gagged. Now, after she nurses, which seems to be 23 out of the 24 hours of the day- she licks their tee tee and butt to stimulate them to void and guess what- she eats that too!!!

Then last night she hopped up on the couch and wanted to give me sugars. I don't freakin think so. OMG! That breath almost knocked me down!!!

I actually was only 4 minutes late to work this morning. I'm blaming it on Vetgirl waking me up at 2:30 crying with an ear ache. I went back to sleep but then overslept just a tad. But, I got all the kids off, got my coffee fixed, got all my stuff, managed to remember my glasses and phone- all without the help of DH!!! Yeah! I can make it without him!!! Not that I want to, mind you, but its nice to know that everything can be handled and not NEED someone, you know.

Well, I guess that is all there is to talk about today.
