Still Procrastinating

Okay, I have actually started to worry about not finishing these papers on time. I have gotten absolutely no where and have such a terrible headache that I can't even think straight, much less read tons of research material, sort it, write it, type it. I just have the "Don't want toos" and just can't make myself. I promise myself after I finish this blog that I will at least complete one paper tonight.

I just love Netflix. Its like having movies at the touch of a finger. I upped our movies throughout the summer since nothing is on tv at night and am starting to get some really good movies in. This week I have watched Insomnia (about some detectives searching for a murderer and the detectives turn on each other) and In Good Company (about a guy-Dennis Quaid- who gets demoted and a boy 1/2 his age becomes his boss and then starts seeing his daughter behind his back), neither of which were just wowing but they were both okay, I didn't get bored with them and they had a somewhat interesting storyline.But I just got in Hitch (with Will Smith- I love his movies) and Miss Congeniality 2 (Sandra Bullock- also one of my favorite actresses). Have you ever had kept anything from your husband out of curiosity? Well, I am keeping a secret from S but it is not a bad one. I started electrolysis yesterday. I just want to see if he starts noticing. Not that a typical man would, but he knows I obsess about my "mustache" and "mawmaw whiskers"- I hate to admit I even have this issue- but anyhow, I found a fix for it. So I am doing it secretly each week. It is not extremely painful - though I have had a tattoo so it couldn't be that bad- but you can feel it. I thought they just grabbed the hair with electrodes and zapped it, but they stick a needle in the hair follicle itself and cauterize it with a zap of heat. It was red for a little while but other than that, it was fine. I am just so excited to not have to shave or wax or pluck anymore once I get finished. So, J- don't spill the beans.

I have not bought the Bo Bice or Carrie CD yet, but I am as soon as I get paid. I hope there is some left. I usually would not buy them, but download them and burn a CD but I know this is their first and I will support them. So not to worry Beth- I will give to the cause, dear.

My head is really killing me. Why is my head always hurting?

I get so sick of these dysfunctional, stupid people suing their daughters, mothers, brothers, grandmothers, etc. on these dang court shows. Why do I even watch them? I get no enjoyment out of them- and I thought my family was dysfunctional... I guess the same reason why I still watch those stupid soap operas that make no sense whatsoever. I should get rid of every tv in this house, but I am a tv junkie and couldn't live without my DVD player and Lifetime Channel.

Well, I am rambling now. Just still procrastinating I guess.
