Not too bad...

I went to class last night and I think it will be pretty interesting. This one is school law and he has already assigned 145 legal terms we have to learn for a test on Sept 20th. So much for not buying the book, of course I used the online legal dictionary for some of them today. I've done 50 already.

We spent most of the class reading lawsuits dealing with schools and there were some pretty interesting ones, ranging from homosexuality to drugs to sexual discrimination and harrassment.

I have had a busy day today. My POs came in finally and I got to go to WalMart and the grocery store to stock up on food, supplies, etc. Our kids had no baby food or oatmeal and we were out of washing powder and toothpast. I felt like I was at home with a bare cupboard. Our pantry and fridge has been so bare that it was pitiful. My poor hubby had to take off a few hours and go buy groceries.

There was a huge storm at my house last night. I thought the house was going to fall through the way the thunder shook it. My kids and my babies (puppies) were scared to death. The dogs refuse to go out in the rain to potty, so that left 8 of them in the utility room doing their "business" which was totally gross. I feel like all we do is pick up poo, sweep, mop, lysol, spray Febreeze and wash blankies. We are really going to have to get an idea of how much it would cost to enclose the back deck and make them their own space that is out of the weather.

I have my second class tonight, it is History of American Education- Blah!!! I dread this one only because I hate history. The only time I liked it was in 10th or 11th grade when I had Coach Holley and I had the biggest crush on him. I heard he was selling insurance now.... imagine that.....
