Four jobs you've had in your life:

1. I worked at the Country Cream- a little rinky dink mom and pop place that has the absolute best hot dogs and ice cream you've ever had!!! It was my first real job besides babysitting- when I was 15 and made a whopping $2.75 an hour.

2. NLU Police Dept- now known as ULM though. Worked there as a dispatcher, then later got on full time as patrol officer, then investigator. Quit when they made me write 275 parking tickets a day and I didn't meet my quota...haha

3. Sheriff's Office- dispatched for several years, then was D.A.R.E officer, then on to major crimes investigation, specializing in child abuse. Loved the job and the adrenaline rush- absolutely hated the politics.

4. Been teaching for MPSB for 5 years, special education. Love it. Now if I could just stay healthy enought to make it an entire year, I'll be doing good.

Four movies you could watch over and over:

1. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants- this movie is so much more than a teeny bobber movie. It has such deep issues that the more you watch, the more you realize you missed the last time. I also like a good cry sometimes.

2. Top Gun- no, its not Tom Cruise, its just the whole dang movie. I love it and the adrenaline and the love story mixed in. My favorite movie of all time.

3. Bad Boys and Bad Boys II- I love shoot em' ups, fast paced adrenaline pumping movies and Will Smith is only icing on the cake. We watch them all the time.

4. Its a toss up between Steel Magnolias, Fried Green Tomatoes and Where the Heart Is. These are just the perfect chic flics. Nothing like having a sleep over and watching these with good friends, or sisters.

Four places you've lived:

1. Bastrop, LA

2. Monroe, LA

3. West Monroe, LA

4. okay, so I am a boring country girl that has never lived anywhere interesting. I was born and raised in Bastrop and am still there. In college, I ventured out to Monroe/West Monroe. So sue me.

Four TV shows you love to watch:

1. CSI- the original. I love the mysteries and the blood and gore. I love to figure out who is guilty before they do. Its a challenge.

2. Desperate Housewives- this is my first DH season. I watched the 1st in a whole weekend right before Season 2 started up. Now I'm hooked and so is DH.

3. Medium- have you noticed that I really like dramas and mysteries...???

4. Law and Order SVU- this holds a special interest for me, plus it is a cop movie- which I love. When you used to be one and you live with one, you tend to flock to them.

Four websites you visit daily:

1. CNN- have to keep up with what is going on in the world.

2. My best friends blog sites. On The Run Mom and Ramblings of a Southern Goddess. It's become an obsession that my wonderful hubby hates with a passion.

3. Yahoo mail account. Don't get much mail on there, but I check it anyhow. Plus, I have my yahoo that tells me what's on tv that night.

Four of your favorite foods:

1. deer steak- preferably deep fried soaked in syrup

2. pork chops- any way I can get them

3. french fries-preferably McDonalds or Wendy's

4. squash- smothered with cheese


Four places you'd rather be:

Not sure if that means be forever or be right this minute? I'm going with right this minute.

1. Getting a swedish massage- not the deep painful kind my massage therapist at the chiropractor gives, but a soothing, take-me-away kind of massage with oils and rocks and mud...oohhhhhhhhhhh

2. Guanecaste Costa Rica- where my hubby and I spent our honeymoon. The beach was totally deserted and we had it all to ourselves.

3. Belize- I really want to go there, swim underneath a beautiful waterfall.

4. In bed, in my hubby's arms snuggling myself right to lala land.

Four possessions you can't live without:

1. my PC because then I would be totally lost

2. my pictures of my kids- I love to see how they've grown

3. my doxie- Sinna- she is so sweet, loving and loyal

4. my husband- yes, he is MY possession. Without him, I could not function.
